Give me one good reason to do business with Bank of America

bank-of-americaI can only imagine what it’s like to be in charge of dealing with lawsuits at Bank of America. I mean, who do you hire for that gig? One thing is for sure, it’s a full time job. Just google this: “lawsuit against Bank of America” and see for yourself.

Of course, it’s not just Bank of America. JP Mortgage Chase, Citifinancial and many of the other big banks in this country face lawsuits from consumers and the Federal Government on a regular basis, so the question is this… Why would you do business with them? There are plenty of lending institutions and banking institutions that don’t have litigation pending. So why not use them?

Here is a great example: DOJ files lawsuit against Bank of America for Mortgage Fraud.

I see no reason to use a Company like Bank of America for a mortgage when there are companies like Guaranteed Rate for example. Jon Jerotz, VP of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate has been coming on my show for over 2 years and I’m well aware of my bias. That said, his company continues to grow year after year without any lawsuits from consumers, employees and the Government! Not only that, but the guy doesn’t even get complaints from customers!

The point I’m making here is this… You have a choice who you spend your money with and ultimately associate yourself with financially. Choose wisely.

Call Jon Jerotz at 760.522.2298 to find out if money can be saved on your mortgage OR if you’re ready to stop funding the evil empires. Either way, it’s worth your while. Especially if you are paying PMI or mortgage insurance. For many homeowners in San Diego, you can refi out of PMI with today’s current home values. I always joke that PMI stands for “Putting Money In” the toilet, but there’s a reason for that joke. It’s true. PMI does nothing for you and I hate to see you pay for it if you don’t have to.
